Evening!

I need to put some restrictions back in place around signatures. They were pretty tight on the old forum but I didnt really restrict much on here.

HTML and IMG tags will be disabled to stop you linking to images hosted elsewhere. This is for one reason only, the size. Its so annoying when you have to scroll around the page... think of those poor 1024x768 users ;)

Anyway, I need to get a feel for what you agree is the best size restriction. Anyone with a nice image in their sig that they designed themselves, let me know what you think is acceptabe and i'll take a look.

I'm playing around with the user reputations. The descriptions i'll change to something less crud once i've got my head around them ;)

I think about 600x200 is ample. Jon, your sig is Ok but if I use my laptop at work, I have to scroll over to the right for example.

The idea behind the signatures is to make it easier for people to browse the forums, especially those that are on older pc's, smaller screens and slower connections.

total agree with you mate some ppl do get a bit carried away .
