Forum Upgrade

Big upgrade of the forum software today - some great new features which you should be able to see now in the usercp.

Annoyingly they have now built in a flippin gallery to vBulletin after all the time it took me to get ours working so that is disabled for now until I can bring myself to migrate what we currently have.

Check out your usercp and your profile.

I know there are broken images in certain places, but I cant fix that until Doodlebug comes online to give me a hand with the images.

Oh yeahhh, fixed the broken images myself ;)
However Karl... i'm afraid i've reverted all the custom templates in on the beta site as I needed to see what changes had been made to fix a couple of things on here... give me a shout when you come online.

Sorry to sound a bit thick but what's the tag and edit tag thing at the bottom of the threads

It's so you can tag threads with searchable keywords.

For example, if a thread was discussing tyres for a GSXR 600, you could put a 'tyres' and 'GSXR 600' as tags.

All registered users have the ability to add tags to their own threads and everyone elses so please help out if you see a thread without them.
Anyone adding stupid ones will be shot.

Tags are like "meta tags" but for the forum's own search facility, if you write a topic about Boreham then add Boreham as the tag and it will show up when someone is searching.

seems cool, it all of a sudden appeared last night and i hadnt the foggiest what had happened.Kept the page open on my lappy whilst playing GTA4 (Yeah Boi) and after 3 or so hours pushed refresh and lots of crazy new stuffs appeared! MADNESS! lol
