Try an impact driver with a good fiiting bit in it. If necessary (because the screwhead is totally rounded out) you can sawcut a new slot into the screw head and use the slotted impact bit in the driver.

The trick with an impact driver is to make sure it's set to undo (push it onto a hard floor and make sure it tries to twist in the right direction), then put the bit into the screwhead. Push down and twist the driver to take the slack out of the mechanism and wack it a few times with a club hammer. Either the screw will start to turn or the bike will.

O yeah.... also one the the screws wont come out of its thread, (it just spins when i try and unscrew it) Any idea's ?!Turn it and pull it with something at the same time and it should come out slowly. Usually happens on fairing screws that have an anchor set into the fairing. This loosens and turns with the screw.

Righto, if you cut the head off, then the screw itself will still be where it is now, with not much chance of getting it out.

Try the impact driver approach. Failing that, get yourself a pair of pliers with a good grip and manually unscrew the screw.

Do the same witht the bugger that turns but wont come out. But do it slowly!

I can do it for you if you fancied a ride down to Romford tonight or tomorrow ( tomorrow is better for me. )
