Yep think the shock wore off yesterday, felt proper weird yesterday afternoon & now the pains kicked in, in my shoulders, neck, legs & hand....getting movement back in my hand already though so got to be a good sign, want to be well for Rockingham....;)

You need to get some of those girly bath salts and have a soak, or at least ya feet, will help get the swelling down.

What i did was put a drop of dettol in a king hot bath each night it helped loads.:laugh2

just shows you y u should always wear a lid leathers etc if thats what been done to your lid etc just think what would have happend to you , take note all you w****ers that ride around in t shirt and shorts.

Yep with you on that Rick...I wont ride with anyone that doesnt wear the gear either dont want to scrape them up off of the floor!

A prime example of having good kit goes a long way when the ****e hits the fan (or the bike as the case may be). Looks like your kit did you proud (as much as Im sure you wish hun it didnt have to be tested at all). A good if not sad example that paying that little bit extra is worth it.:reading
