Tinted Or Standard?

Been looking at a screen for the CB and came across these which tick all the boxes... but it seems you pay an extra fiver for the priveledge of having it tinted, and an extra tenner for all black..?

why is that?? btw im getting a clear one.. save myself some money...

Prefer a light smoke tint meself,so i can still see thru it
