nah he watched the biker boyz and torque marathon i rekon he would ahve done himself more justtice if he had jumped up on the tank then jumped off the bag draggin along on the ground then jumped back on and popped a wheelie like in torque!

Its still dangerous! I like to worry, you know that!
But you dont know what experience he had with that bike, he might have been riding and doing wheelies for years, and this time he went wrong!

I feel bad for his girlf though.

yeah, me too...but it does say it wasn't his bike and he didn't have much riding experiance (or did i read that wrong).

it was the Policemans Oppinion that he wasnt experienced!
"PC Terence Roberts, of the Accident Investigation Unit at Chadwell Heath, said: "My conclusion is that Mr Martin was not an experienced driver". "
He wouldnt know how experienced the bloke was! How could he?

Anyway, it was just something i wanted you guys to see.
If you dont feel simpathy then thats your choice, personaly i am gutted for his family. and the other driver involved. even if he was a bit of an idiot on the bike, no-one deserves to die that young, and in that way!

he died at the scene, which means he was prob dead b4 the ambulance even got there. U think he really had time to think bout all that. If you've ever really crashed a bike u'll know that there's no time for anything to go thru ur mind....other than ur arse! :D

Hi all there is a bit more to that bloke then doing wheelies
but your dead right about doing wheelies there is a place and a time to do it , not big and it's not clever ............ well clever yes I’ll let you have that one..
Thing is the old coppers hate them the car drivers think we are even more stupid and we need them on r side... as they bigger them us (in they tin cans that is), plus don't your bike much good, bent forks fork seals blow headstock welds that split and can do damage to the engine as it don't get oil into it and as we all know the engine needs it.. and many people end up injured or even worse killed just to show off... blah on and on .. But as you more then likely work out one of my pet hates ... any way good riding and keeps it safe

Wheelies are cool it takes ages to get them right... its sad when a biker gets killed  but I’m glad that it was just him and that he didn’t kill anyone else. This bloke didnt even have a licence.

If you wana do wheelies do em just don’t get caught.... and don’t crash.

it looks the business and most people who complain about em cant do em...

i agree with spanky most people who dnt like them is purely because they are jelous or cannot do them, i agree there is a time and place and if anything i feel if u can do a succesfull wheelie safetly then it shows u have control over your bike! the fool who died was a show off with little or no experience on the road or doing stunts he didnt even have a liscense so he had no right being on the thing in the first place i know i shouldnt preech about "illegal" activites etc but i know my limits, ive made mistakes ive been stupid and learned from my lessons its just a shame the poor guy didnt get the chance to learn from his! well im off to bed now its 05:51am ive been at work since 7pm last night! so night peepz

me again, it's nothing to do with not being able to them, I can do them if I like too, and I do agree there is a great skill needed to do them, but all it shows is that you have good balance and at bit of throttle control, when you get to do things like Mar Carmichael then I’ll come and watch in the arena or on a race track. yes do it till your blue in the face, all I’m saying to do them down the middle of the road , on the main road,, or out side the pub stupid ,
That’s the reason a lot of the meeting places get stopped because of people showing off, look what happened at the Basset pole the other weekend, need I say more.
As for that bloke could say a few things about him that would change your mind but I’m not saying it over the net. If I see any of you I’ll tell you, till then no…
