Can anyone recomend a bike shop that has leather trousers that fit a rather odd shaped person. I am rather round with short legs, my thighs are shoter than normal people and my knee to ankle length is about average.

I have been to harpers in leigh on sea and nothing fits. I either have to pull up the xs material on my thight to get the knee protection cup to sit over my knee, leaving a gathered bunch of leather which is uncomfotable in the riding position or not gather the xs leather up and the edge of the knee armour cup sits in line with the bottom of my knee cap (its like hitting your funny bone).

Seansible suggestions please.

Best bet is getting made to measure....little bit more money but youre guaranteed a perfect fit, no armour moving about, etc

or the cheaper option is to buy off the peg and get hideout to make the required adjustments to remove the xs material so the leathers fit you.. surprised harpers didn't offer the same..?

They did to certain leathers but that brought the price to £300, a little out of my financial range

If you need the a custom fit im pretty sure you'll struggle to get any cheaper mate.

Hideout leathers are worth the extra though..
