36 F 36 R for normal road riding fella.

This will give a good starting point for road riding.

just i had my bike serv and new back tyre put on went out sat got to me fave roundabout had it on its side and it started slipping got home and they had put 40psi front and back and i had done 150miles before roundabout i used to put 36psi in .

I hope you checked the tyre pressures when the tyres were cold..........
