right ive got me new downpipes! and i have taken the old ones off but i really cant seem to find the gaskets! ? do they have them becausei the pipes at the end are shaped funny and go right inside the ports! it doesnt look like they have them but want to check first! as erm well dnt want to put the new one on if i need gaskets!

They might not have one. you might just fit them in the exhaust ports and tighten them up. Thats what my racing pipes are like. Infact they can be moved about by hand and are held by springs, so a gasket would be useless anyway. :roll:

lol bit late now i dnt think they need gaskets they got a funny shape ill draw it if i can and they fit flush just need em tighteniing up and then im away i hope! had a smalll problem with bolting the rest of the pipes to the frame mainbly due to where the thing was to bolt on to was different on each set of pipes! so i stuck the silencer on and bolted that on and it seems to be holding it sturdy so that should be ok for now but ill have to get my own bracket made! ( the downpipes have like a cork erffect they are cork shaped so looks liek they dnt need gaskets) plus the fact i couldnt find n e on the old pipes or in the port wholes!

If they are leaking a little gas jst put a smear of gum gum or something round where they join. :wink:

yup will do but that wont get done till wednesday as me dad is busy till then he has to put a new bolt into one of the ports as when he first tried to take the exhaust of the bolt snapped so he is gonna do that on wednesday! and then i get to have my bike back! oh and btw i found a couple of wholes in my silencer only bout the size of a pin head will that do any damage or make any difference?

I wouldn't have thought that the size of a pin head would make any difference at all.

I have a few micron carbon cans spare now I have the renegades.

So if you measure the diameter of your pipe I will see if one will fit yours.

That also goes for anyone else.
