What a night!

I found myself having a rather out of the ordinary night last night!

Went out last night, after work, and went to Brannigans. Left there at 2am, and me and me mate met a lass and her brother, who were friends of my mate. We went on to Opium, and found it closed. Outside we met a young lass who wanted to tag along with us....who were we to say no!

Anyhows, walking along we came to a cab office, which then somehow we found ourselves in a cab to Leicester Square. £60 later, were in town, and we find most places closing ( it was gone 3am by now ).

Not to be beaten, we all jumped on those weird bicycle taxi thingys, and the driver to us to a club called The End, which sods law wasnt letting people in. However! We were told about a club that OPENED at 3.30am until 11.30am, so off we went.

Arriving at Aquarium, we found we could get in for a discounted price due to these wrist bandy things, jolly good. The club was pretty cool, not really my taste of music....most of it sounded like the Tetris theme on acid, but hey, we were merry.

The best bit of the club, was the swimming pool and hot tubs! Now, it didnt open until 5.30am, so we danced and drank and waited. 5.30 came, so we went to the pool area.

Hold up........no-one had cossies.....oh no.....the only thing you HAD to wear was your undies! BRILLIANT. The amount of naked flesh was BRILLIANT. No-one gave a monkeys, The hot tub was full merry/drunk bodies, and there were several games of water footy and that game you play with the net...usually on beaches.

Anyhow, finally got home at 10am'ish, and start work at 1pm. Yay.

I thouroughly recommend Aquarium if you want a completely different night out!

( only downside was i lost me boxers, so me bits were kinda cold on the way home ).

It was such a laugh, and kinda weird too, but worth it. The random nights are always the best!

Prices....hmmm, around £8 with discount band, or £12 otherwise.

This is kinda weird, loads of people ive spoken to about this place have heard of it, but i didnt know it existed until last night/this morning, and i grew up around central london.

And yes, had a brilliant time...a return visit is being planned for next month. :grin2

Well, its certainly one of the best nights out in central london i have had in a while! Cant wait to go again!

Sounds like a fun night out......... I finished work in romford at 2am, if i'd known you was in town, could have come by to say hello.

That club sounds very very random, but kinda cool, would have to be super drunk, but worth looking into for a night out :)

Yeah i finish at 2 now coz of work on saturdays. Only got two weeks left there now, gave in my notice :mad::(:eek: so only got 2 Fridays left.

But the club sounds really good fun, lemme know next time your going and i'll see how my cash situation is looking. Could do with a night out, havent been out properly in ages :)

Lol, we had more people asking if we would like....'other stuff' than cabs.......ohh we had some old hippy lady talking to us at that point, she was blinding, wanted to take her home with me! :grin3

i've been to Carwash at Aquarium, cheesy but loved it....8 of us in full 80s gear :jumping2 we weren't quite brave enough for the swimming pool though (and were too busy having dodgy dance offs with some very dodgy blokes :laugh1)

Haha, I think car wash was a choice to go to, but we didnt quite make it. Again, somewhere i havent been before, but would love to go to!
