Well as you can see im new here, im awaiting delivery of my TZR125RR 4DL, pictured below:
http://www.members.lycos.co.uk/byt3m3h/yamaha/tzrmine/yam1252.JPG

I plan to get the fairings redone in the same flurecent orange marlboro colours, have the rims powercoated bright orange and possibly a stan stephans stage 3 tune at some point when the barrel is off for a ring change.

Bike was imported from italy 10 month ago i've been told, so it should be full power already i take it, what sorts of speeds you think i should be getting up on the speedo? next saturday seems so far away :(

Also got a 97' RS73.5, whick im trying to flog, fitted with a DR73.5cc evo big bore kit, metrakit RK exhaust system with carbon kevlar can, Dell'orto PHGB21mm carb, metrakit pro race clutch kit and pod air filter, here is a pic:

If any one is intrested in buying it then check out http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2465150584&category=9946 and dont bid on it like some fools have despite the fact it says in big letters please dont bid on this item......truely muppets lol

For all you TZR125RR'ians out there who dont already know the chassie type parts on the TZR125RR are the same as on the yamaha SZR660 which was a official UK bike, could be useful to you, stuff like forks, brakes, frame, swinger if you have the banna'd swinger model.

Also for those of you having troubble finding fairings, check out this german site:
http://www.motorrad-bach.de/tzr/page-tzr.html

Also sprockets for the TZR125RR, anyone know a place to get these, also does any one know what the pitch of the chain is, i dunno if the sprockets are the same as the SZR660 or not, all will be found out in time tho :)

Cheers for the welcome and the compliments :)

The RS73.5 will crack about 80mph on the flat, but thats on its speedo, so more like 75, thats still with fairly light gearing, 0-60 pop's up in about 10 sec, which aint bad for a ped, gotta really streach it out in 3rd for the fastest 0-60 time, saves clicking it up again, too slow for me now though, TZR125RR is the way ^_^

Thanks for the nice comments guys, that avitar is the mertakit logo guy, for those of you who dont know metrakit make superb 50cc tuning parts, nothing can beat the Metrakit pro race full on setups, pitty they frizzle the rings after about an hour lol

Old shape RS50 is better than the new shape IMO, it gives out more performance in standard form aswell apposed to the newer RS50, looks better with the single sided swinger aswell lol, if only it didnt have 3 spokers >.<

Are those Dymags on the 50?
What bike is that in the background ? Looks like a laverda, but the
pipe looks like a stinger. Nice Alpina beemer though. If it's a private
sale the bloke has class.
