Mostly cosmetic damage although it would need something doing with the electrics at the front of the bike to get it up and running again.

Do you know what it would need?

is there any damge to the frame or engine...? or is it as mark says, "mainly cosmetic"...?

Engine good
Frame good
Needs: Forks, clocks, plastics, one disc and carrier, time.

The rear is mint, I found the tool kit in the luggage space, with the plug
puller, oh happy days.

I have a pair of NC30 Forks spare if they will fit.

Although the CBR has 2 pot brakes and the VFR has 4 pots so you would need the brakes as well.

By the way i also have a full set of VFR 400 brakes that will fit the forks.

back on topic guys ... / what happend how did you crash because ive been in 2 accidents one was 60mph into the side of the a car that pulled out on me and the other was 90mph blown into a curb on the a12 and neigher of my bikes suffered as much damage as that! the first accident on a TZR250 bent the frame and smashed part of the fairing but not as much damage as that tanks seems to have! and the second one just bent the clip on and snapped my choke lever out oh and made a very tiny whole in my engine casin on the left hand side! but i would liek to know what u did or what happend to cause that amount of damage!

Have you still got the bike??
How bent are the forks??
do you still have any of the fairing even if its in bits??

I could be interested in another project now that the fzr is all done

As an offer to give it a new home I'll give you £200 for it.

I assume it's a write off aswell?
