Nah its not the bad to be honest. It is a little underpowered for what I like but then again it is only 33bhp, which is good if your on a restricted licence.

It doesn't handle very well at the moment as I need new forks for it. The springs have gone and the stantions have had it. There is fork oil leaking all over the forks and breaks! So the brakes aren't very good at the min either. :lol:

an r1 has more than 5x 33bhp, but its now he power is it, its how you ride it. and a big power bike will get you around a track easily whereas a small 400 you have to push. but id still rather have an r1.

In the same respect I am quicker round a track on the 600 than I am on the R1.

The CBR revs out at 13500 where as the R1 only goes to 11000 RPM

The power on the R1 is from about 4000 till 10000 RPM

The power on the CBR is from 7000 till 13000 RPM

The SRX power is from about 3000 to 6000 RPM and redlines at 7000 RPM. :roll:

tell ya what, it does look quite nice though! bet you could get that looking REALLY streetfighter styley! NICE. just HOW many bikes you got? oh and have you ever rode any of ya track bikes on the road? you can get away with anything in the countryside!

I only Have 2 bikes.

The SRX for the road and the CBR for the Track.

The R1 I ride is the Endurance Teams so does not belong to me.

I used to have the TZR Before the SRX and the TS50ER Before that.

I have though about taking the race bike onto the road but never have done. My licence wouldn't last long!

Is it restricted because of your licence? As in 33bhp? Or is it a Jap import that is restriced anyway?

its my licence. im only 18 so ill have to wait until next december when ive had it 2 years to ride full power. but still better than direct access for me as i will just have turned 20 when i can ride full power, so i get a years more high power experience than direct access riders, but i need it. :)
