my fork seem abit too hard and old and when u depress it, it doesnt really spring back very well(rather spring back up slowly). wat can i do to make it normal again. there is no leaking found.

any DIY tips or check b4 sending to shop???

U simpley need to replace ur fork springs the oil is just the damping compound

Not sure how much they are but order ur self an M&P catalogue best place
for cheap spares :)
other that that it might be summut worse like ur fork stentions being bent
:( which means a replacement set of forks ..
And it does kinda sound like they are see if they are bent it makes them hard to push down but they dont spring back quickly ..abit like pushing a banna into a straight hole ...
