hign low beam

my high or low beam isnt working is it a leagal requirement for high and low beam.i can aim my beam down2 low beam. when i got my bike(rg125 gamma) it had a universal small front fairing from the m+p mag and it only had one beam. is those fairing meant to have one beam

hrm... i would have thought it was a legal requirement... FingerZ works at an MOT place, he's probably the best person to answer that as far as cars are concerned.. but bikes should be no different.
