Giving up the CG, but for the better

Yup thats right i'm giving up the CG. I've gone and bought myself a new bike. Thanks to ebay i came across a nice cheap Kawasaki ER5.

1998 S reg, Silver, 53700 miles, 3 previous owners, a little rust but nothing i can't sort out. And a couple of scratches but thats to be expected. All paper work and previous service history. Guess how much........






..... a whopping £620!
What a bargain! o how i love ebay.

A big thanks to gareth (Gazdaman) and his dad for checking it over and picking it up for me while i was away with the TA.

Only found one thing wrong with it so far, and would like a little advice:
1. We can't seem to lock the seat into place. It'll lock but you can still remove the seat.


I can't wait to get out there and have a play with her, all thats stopping me is finding a cheap set of restrictor washers :cry: But when i do get them :twisted:

The washers will be fitted tomorrow, it also needs a new front tyre. Should hopefully be out and around on it from monday. But im sure its going to take a while to get used to it!
