just looking at my bike can any one tell me how a rear hugger fits on the other side of chainguard on a 2001 srad.

A Hugger would replace your chain guard. I dont really understand the question though. :?

lol. i no it repaces the chain guard but how is it held on the other side or is it just the 2 chain guard bolts that secure the whole thing? cheers

what he is trying to say i think is where the chain guard is fixed there are fixings but there isnt on the other side hense is the hugger held on by the fixings on one side or does he have to make his own holes :twisted:

well it depends i would stick it on to the chain guard fixings then see if there is any movement the other side if not take it for a fast paced spin if she fine then leave her but iif you unsure or there is wobble then drill some tiny wholes and mount it the other side as well or if you dont want to drill wholes in the frame then use them metal tie strap things instead! ;)

you can but brackets to hold it on the other side. Hugger might even come with some DONT drill any holes
