just been to check the bike out......it's not pretty.
The faring is in 100000 pieces, right rearset is snapped at the mounts, the right engine casing has a **** off hole in it looks as if the whole engine has be shunted to the left side of the bike as the pipes from the rear cyls are out of line, the end can is held on by not much, the front wheel has a big dent, both clipons are ****ed, tank has lots of dents, the forks might be shagged and the frame may be bent tooo....
I spoke to the guy that has it and he happened to be the only witness (a biker luckilly) and he said i wasn't beeing a loon and didn't seem to be doin over the 30mph limmit so it looks like i did black or zone out long enough to get fuc*ed up.
But that said i have taken a chunk or 2 out of sum guys wall and spread my faring accross his path and driveway :s......but i have to give it up for my boots...no doubt that they saved my right ankle as the ankle protector bits are beyond mashed up!!
So i think it's time i made an appointment with the doc to test for anythin bad, don't you...?

Bad luck Dude, hope you are back in one piece soon. & hope the bike recovers OK
So, you have no idea what happened?, you were riding along and woke up in an ambulance?
Biker Dude
14-05-2005, 08:25 PM
no...*gets comfy....again*
I was ridin along happilly, backed off, moved my line / position to nearer the middle, hung off a bit.........next thing im upright headin towards the curb and house...gave it all i could on the breaks...naturally locked the back, banged up the curb, hit the wall and then the floor. Ironically, it was lockin the rear that turned the bike enough so that i didnt hit the wall head on. I hit it on right side of the nose cowl, then my wrist, then the engine, then the peg/hanger then my shoulder blade....
Spoke to sum1 else yesturday and they said the bike hit the wall, then the floor...dug in, flipped, spun round and then stopped facin the other way, all in about 10 meters... not bad for an evening's work...
He also said i wasn't goin fast or even being a loony :!: so it's an unknown thing at the moment. Once my concutition goes i'm gonna book a docs appointment to get tested for everything under the sun to find what happened...
Bike's screwed by the way. Only movin it's gonna be doin is probably on ebay in bits.

I think that's the best headline I've ever seen.
"Motorcyclist collided with building" - It just pulled out on me!
Anyway, get well soon man, and from that pic the bike doesn't look toooooo bad? Is the frame bent?
