Hi!

I'm in Canada, and I've got a TZR 125 motor that I am transplanting into another bike. Problem is that the TZR 125 was never sold on this side of the pond, so I can't look up part numbers here. I want to see if Yamaha sold a bike with the same part here in Canada.

Could someone get me a part number for the "oil pump drive shaft" for this motor? :wink:

Could someone do me a favour and telephone a Yamaha parts dealer and ask them for the part number for an "oil pump drive shaft" for a TZR125?

Hmmmm.... and the part number for the oil pump drive shaft for a TZR125 would be.... Anyone?.......anyone?......can anyone help me with this?......don't be shy.... :cry:

i did ask a dealer but they were entirely UN-helpful!, they are never too keen to help with aging 125's over here. :evil:

ooops, i forgot all about this... sorry mate. I'll give em a bell tmrw if i cant find any info in my haynes manual.

Hey Dan,

Did you get a chance to check that part number for the oil pump drive shaft for me? Sorry to be a pain in the ass, but I've got a bike I can't ride and the weather's nice! :wink:

Erm, as it happens i think i've got a spare one now i take it you mean the shaft that sits on the side cover with like a screw thread on it and a cog on the back? if it is i could send you this one if you wanted? let me know :D

Could someone call their local Yamaha dealer and get me a part number for the "Oil pump drive shaft" off a TZR 125?

I'd really appreciate it! It's the only thing holding me back from getting this bike on the road!
