If you had to get a 400 and it had to be a CBR or VFR, what'd it be and why?

id say cbr. they look better, and sound better. ive never ridden a cbr (for more than a few feet) and ive never ridden a vfr so i cant comment on riding, ive heard they both handle well. but i know how smooth a cbr is when running and being revved. i cant even feel mine on idle, and it doesnt vibe much during revs aswell.

VFR i would say, not only do they handle better, in fact they are legendary for their handling.
But they are also a lot more common over here than a CBR400 ;)
Parts are cheaper although they can be a bit of a pain to work on, but we are talking about Honda reliability anyway :)
I dont honestly think you would be disappointed with either, i tried a CBR400 and it would have needed rearsets instantly for me just to get comfortable on it, but it was fine on the VFR :)
