Your best bet would be to go around the whole bike with a set of spanners and/or sockets and tighten up any nuts that look or seem to be loose.

Short of that, pop it around to your local garage and see if they can suggest anything....

I had the same problem a while ago - Like djbadger says, you need to go over the whole bike and make sure everything is tightened up. You can get non vibrating pegs that have rubber gromets either side of the peg to stop the vibrations, but i'd try to find out the cause before doing that.

Does your whole bike vibrate... do you get bad vibrations in the handle bars and the fuel tank aswell? giving you funny feelings in your hands and knees?

i got a good cheapo solution if you tighten everything and it still does it......get a sheet of rubber (bit of tyre sidewall, rubber mat etc.) and fasten it between the actual footpeg bracket and the frame itself, it might not feel quite so positive but will do the job and no-one will be able to see what u done i did it on an old suzuki and it worked a treat :)

Its very rare that the vibrations are caused by engine problems, almost always its just a missing bolt like you say.

Erm, First thing is rip the tank off and check n see if the headsteady bracket is still attached, i had one come loose ages back and it was vibrating the bike so bad i had blurred vision ridin it home lol ...
Other than that just do a general check of all of the engine mountings if that dosnt fix it then it might be an internal engine problem ..

Main bearing wearing out causes major vibrations or a twisted crank can also cause vibes .. :(

You ride a 2 stroke!!! That's the problem!!! LOL!

Answer: Get used to it!!!  Or sell it and get something else!!!

NB. only joking about that! I don't have any problems with mine! Try lead weights on ur footpegs and bar ends...?!
