Personally Ive always sold on ebay and never had a problem. All the way from XJ600 bits from £2.00 up to a 9 month old freelander for £13,000. Its a lot cheaper than local ads or bike mart, plus its sold as an auction. Only down side is you may get slightly less than you wanted but ive never experienced this.

it's a slightly worse job i think, it's a call centre for an insurance company taking quotes and crap... but i get a lie in everymorning, only work monday to thursday and get to ride home from braintree every night on empty roads :D oh and its like 3 times what i was earning :D

The pull-out section in MCN is a good place to sell bikes. Or there's now even the MCN auctions (www.motorcyclenews.com) You don't get all the timeswasters on there that you sometimes get on Ebay...
Nice one about new job though! Yey! More money!
