Hi ive just bought a 1997 gixer 750 srad. Its an awesome machine, and loads faster than my previous bike (1988 tzr250!). I was just woondering if anyone might be able to tell me what temperature the bike must reach before the radiator fan cuts in? Also how much play in the swingarm bearings is acceptable before it becomes an mot failure. I live in colchester and would apreciate any info on where parts for this machine can be purchased and reliable mechanical work can be done. Thanks loads.

Hmmm not sure how i missed this one :D
however the GSXR 750 SRAD (pre fuel injection) should have its fan kick in at 105 degrees.
Not too sure about the exact amount of free play in the swing arm, however it shouldnt be noticeable really as the swing arm is what keeps the bike in a straight line and stops it bending in the middle :D ;)
I wouldn't want any play in the swingarm.
