I saw you riding around, with 'Drew.

Congrats on the knee down, and anyone who has touched their peg down is far enough over to get their knee down.

It's on russels, and I can live with being off the apex, considering my left knee hasn't gone down much before, it's a bike I'd never ridden before, a track I'd never ridden before.

And the first track I'd ever ridden.

I found it really hard to pick a decent line through russels.

Hang off like a monkey. Like Gaz said, once you can get your pegs down you are 90% there. Just hang off alot more. Lap a few roundabouts (the ones on the way to braintree are the best)

It would be better if someone filmed it or took some pics so you know how far away you are. Then you can see and crank it over more.

just stick your knee out and let you lower leg hang on the bike so you dont fall off what bike are you on

becky

Look at the picture of gaz on the mz wheres hes getting his knee down thats how you do it. you must be comfortable in that position so use the other leg to hold you on, wedge it on to the tank. the idea is to get off the bike so the bike is more upright so you can get more speed round the corner. Oh and in case of emergency lean it over more.
