MAINJET SIZES.

Im riding a 92' tzr with a 190 mainjet and a s&b filter, my mates bike is exactly the same but hes still using the 180 mainjet that comes as standard, he reckons his bike isnt running hot, but it must be if hes not using a bigger mainjet? Im i right or wrong?

He may not notice it on the temperature guage, but the piston certainly will be ;)

Now ive been told by somebody else that a 190 mainjet is too big and i should have a 185!

Anybody know THE right size mainjet to be using with a S&B filter? :(

Well they only cost a coupla quid each dont they? try um both and see wats faster :p

I have to get them by mail-order cos theres nowhere local that does yam spares so they are costing me just under £4 each! So id sooner just buy the one! :cry:
