TZR Running Problem

I have a TZRR on an H plate and seems to have trouble ruining. theres a good spark and the plug is always wet. i recently stripped the cylinder head and cleaned up the valve and barrel and it started first time. however after ballancing the carb and filling the radiator it just throws the towel in?? can u help..........

i had problem like that on my tzrr the plug was always wet, is it drinking a lot of petrol????? if it is the problem is that the slider on the carb is set in the wrong position. wen i took mine apart the cir clip was on the last notch, so the only place it could fit was on the first notch after that it worked like a dream.. good luck
