hello all,
I'm new to the site and will be riding an rgv250 as soon as its roadworthy again.
(hopefully not too much longer  )
I'm in Loughborough University, but I'm from Benfleet, Essex.

Hi, thanks for the warm welcome everyone, and for some useful advice from Lateshift!
Robocobb, you're right about freshers week! when were you in Loughborough?
Also, a quick question, I can get a second hand petrol tank for about £65, but i've got a pepsi rgv, does anyone know how likely it is that I could find a pepsi fuel tank?
Cheers,
Ed

the pepsi rgv paint job is a popular one and you can often pick one up off ebay. However, with the tank and the rest of the fairing etc. being through different conditions, painted by different people etc. (as I don't think it was a standard paintjob) the tank may not go too well with the rest of the bike.
Best thing to do if you can afford it is to get a respray by someone that can mix up a match to the rest of your bike.
If not, just try ebay and hope that it doesn't look too bad.
