And what would you like to do now, if money, time, and qualifications were no issue?

I wanted to be a bike mechanic or a hairdresser :shock:
but wasn't allowed to leave school at 16, I know, I wasn't as aggressive then as I am now!
now I would like to be a youth worker, if money were no object, because it's sh*t pay and I can only afford to do it part-time because I work full-time as an accountant (snore snore snore)
if I could be ANYTHING in the world I would have been a Spice Girl

i had aspirations of joining the air force!!!
now id like to just have enough money to never have to work again, and spend like a mad man withno worries!
(saying that, i spend money like that now.....no wonder im in so much debt!)

i wanted to be a drummer / rock star..yes i know, the same as most kids!!....was banging pots and pans at 2 though!!!
I did learn kit, but then found guitars were easier and havnt really got back in to banging skins for agaes....
I wanted to be a big boy... still just a kid!!! :D

originaly i wanted to be a pilot, but hated doing A levels so dropped them, so that blew that idea...then i thought about air crew, but coz i have problems with my weight (i dont put any on!) i couldnt do that either!
now i just wanna be out of debt, but i gotta learn to stop spending first!
(might make it my new years resolution...dont spend any money!.......sorry becky but after our holiday we wont be doing much!)

Yeah i wanted to be in the Air force to.as a pilot.....but to much sonic in the early 90's fcuked my eyes up! i wouldnt mind being a beta games tester now! Or really anything that pays alot of money and doesnt envolve alot of doing!

You should be glad you didn't, rspca are the uk version of P.E.T.A and are against people keeping any animals as pets, although they don't pick on people who keep cats and dogs as they will loose supporters and wont get old dear's to shell out £3 a month.
They are trying to bann birds fairs and people keeping reptiles as pets as well as banning fishing :roll:

I always wanted to be an Ambulance driver, never did it, qualified as a nurse, and my mum joined the Ambulance service, and still works as a Paramedic
I didnt stick nursing out, not enough money for too much aggro, i worked in A&e,
I wasted far too many hrs doing a degree as well, which has never been put to use, Psycology!
I dont know why, i hate working for anyone, i am so much happier doing my own thing, if i dont wanna work fri morning, i dont take any work for fri morning!
Everyone has natural talents, id say mine were Music ability, and Inter-personal skills.
Now i expect to be flamed for my Mod approach, but im not like that, ask anyone here thats met me.
I go out of my way to help people.

Although a gypsy once told my mum I'd be a writer. That's not gonna happen. Unless Performance bikes wants a journalist with a degree in computing and internet systems!

If you have 5 GCSE's at C grade and above and a couple of A Levels then why dont you look at Army Officer or at least go and speak to Bristol University Officer Training (UOTC)
The Regimental Sergeant Major for that place is an extremely good friend of mine from when we were both working at the TA barracks in Ilford ;)

UOTC is run by Warrant Officer Class 1 (WO1) Gary Tuff
Cant miss him, built like a brick sheeeeeite house and about 6"5" :D
Absolutely spot on bloke.
Tell him Mick Woods put you on to him for some info on the UOTC and he will make sure you get looked after ;)
Failing that have a gander at the website, bearing in mind its funded by Sandhurst you are likely to get shed loads of opportunities to do stull like a fortnight skiing in the Alps for something daft like £300, they get some really good budgets to work with for officer development ;)
Oh and as i recall its like the TA in that you get paid ;)

Jeeze, I'd LOVE to be in the Army. All I've ever wanted to do, but every member of my family is really against it, so I don't have much choice at the moment. :(

I see. I'm trying to convince my parents to let me do that Para weekend trial thing, they do. They aren't having any of it!
