tzr 50 blurting

hi

my tzr 50 would not go above 7 thousand revs!!! when it reaches this it starts blurting and now doesnt go faster then 20mph!! :shock:

anybody got any ideas why this could be.

i wernt sure bout dat. thought i cheack from someone that they know what there doing before i take the bike to bits and find out whats wrong.
