CBR400 Electrical problem

I've gotta problem with my cbr400, i cant seem to ride the bike with the lights on or it will just die, you have to bump the bike to start it, Its gotta new battery init so it aint that, Thought it was the rectifier/regulator but fitted a new one and dint do anything? could it be the cdi?

Anyone know about the electrics?

Electrical probs are sometomes simple, sometimes a nightmare, before you take it to a shop , get a shop quote, my mechanic will do it cheaper, i guarantee.

if u want the simple answer.......get a 2nd loom off ebay. It will save you shed loads on mechy bills..
