VBulletin will allow all this and more, just by specifying the user groups, and can be made completely invisible to anyone not registered or allowed in there :)

The trick is how to decide who has access to what. Wiz, who runs BO has a members only section that you pay to enter, not sure how that would go down here though.

what about only members can go in there? that way the people who dont like swearing dont have to see it and people who arent members cant see it

I'll create it and allow people access as and when they request it.
I'm also going to make it so that only certain people have access to the rideouts section as well it think, so that we know who's looking at what we are organising. What do you reckon?
