Does anyone know how to adjust the front forks as they are UPS and totally different from the CBR?

And what tyre pressures should i be runnin? Checked yesterday and there was only 30psi in the back which i thought was a bit low for road use. (i use 28 for track use on the CBR)

32 psi front and back i dont think u can adjust the suspension only adjustments can be made by changing the actually fork oil for heavier or lighter fluid " no not actual lighter fluid :) " or u could add some shims to the fork springs i guess alot of hassle tho ..

I will have a try at making the rear a little ahrder by turning the thinggy at the bottom!

No bloody adjustments on the front?? USD telescopic forky things but with no adjustment, what use is that?

The metal dust cap on the front was put on with a spanner so i had put it off checking for weeks. I finally got a spanner out the other day to check and it was.

12 PSI! :o :o :o :shock: :shock: :? :?

Anyhow now its got about 32 in it and feels much better when i'm doing rolling endos!

I'll have to get my cam out and do some stunt vids!

Speaking of which
I was riding sat on my tank with my legs over the bars the other night whilst overtaking a mate in a car! :o Must have a death wish but it seemed funny at the time! :lol:
