Someone i talk to on another site has just got an er5 (c1) and wants it lower, i said i'd ask about.
Any idea's ?

first thing do the seat
or if you really want it low you can get a lowering kit.

swap the rear shock for a lump of wood... it's just as effective as the standard ER5 shock

You can buy lower seats. Have heard quite a few people do that, and they say it seems to sort the problem out

535...as in yamaha -i dont like going round corners- virago....?

Yup 535 as in exactly the same as mine apart from being 6 inch longer and a bigger engine.
Mines goes around corners just fine ;)
