Been going down hill a little bit since Feb. Thats cos now its getting sunny people arer out on their bikes rather than talking about them on the net!! :lol:

Still 3 times as more as my site gets in a year!!

(hopefully gonna start getting some traffic if you will help me out Dan??)

The site hits went through the roof in feb, cos I played about with a few search engines - just havnt had the time to keep at it.

My site is added to some search engines but i dont know where to put my meta tag so i get more notice when people type CBR600 racing or something.

I think its set up OK now i had a play last nigh. Which page should they be on?

I'm no 1 on the list at google if you type tarkracing! :lol:

Is there any way i can get on more search engines for free without hassle?

Pluss a link on this site and on essexbikers should get me more hits.

What web counter thing do you use. The uk matrix one? My web counter works in a way that if i keep closing and opening it wont add on. Thats a good this cos then i dont get false readings. Works of the individual ISP number i think??

not quite tark would work in 2 ways on your IP number and a cookie!!! because your IP number changes everytime you reconnect unless you have something like a T1 connection then it stores a cookie on your computer which lets the site know if you have been here before or not or you can get the complecated ones!!! but cant be assed to go into that!!! but is my imformation correct danny boy??

The majority of counters count the amount is hits (regardless of IP address) and also unique visitors, which are unique IP addresses.

The stats system at UK Matrix works better than a counter tho.... its pretty clever :)

and have it starting from what it is now?
