whats the best way to post pics on here is there a manage attaachment bit any where like in the avatare options etc

Most are using www.photobucket.com. Upload the pic there then just copy and paste the IMG tag in your post.

make sure u put the pic nto the right folder or i'll move it and bugger up any post its in :D
