:D :laugh2 thats mental! I think i'll stick to the Earles Colne TT :D
Even more poign'ant when you realise that Dave Jeffries lost his life in the TT the year before last... at least i guess he went doing something he loved - but cant help thinking ... what a waste... R.I.P Dave...
I have a 2 1/2 ft x 2 ft painting of him at the TT screaming over the Ballaugh Bridge on the back wheel... it's probably my most treasured race painting as there will never be another chance to see him in person...
Love TT.xxxx

well said that man,
remember seeing him at brands with a guest ride on the J P S norton , in the friday practice (used to marshall back then) he came off big time at hawthorn bend , when i got to him he was out cold , when he came round the first thing he said was , the bikes ok innit, as he will have my guts for garters,
well the wasn't much of the fairing left but the bike was ok, so i said yea not to bad. well later on in the club house he saw me and said , if that's not to bad, i would have hated to have seen it, if you said no it's knacked, then brought me a drink,
still got a piece of the fairing to this day.
