I've put this on here because i'm not sure how many people can see the gatherings bit...
Just wondering though, after a chat last night and me getting over excited by the thought of it. If I can find out how much it'd cost and how many of us there would need to be, who'd be interested in splitting the costs between the lot of us and having an open-pit trackday somewhere? :rockon **cough** Brands Hatch** Cough
and FocusedEvents don't do them :( or let you do anything on a restricted licence

i saw somewhere else that it's quite cheap to do that over in france, someone said that they had sorted hire of the whole track for a day (maybe more can't remember) for about £100 each for 20 of them. that's not that many people to find and it would make a wicked few days away!
i'd be in as long as other half could come (but i guess the dog would have to go into kennels sob sob)

Sounds good to me, would be nice to get away too. I can't find a company that will do an open pit lane one, because they make more money doing it the normal way.
And your other half can drive the support vehicle :D

I wouldn't say no
your more that welcome to join us on the mcnninjas novice day - 15th May@snett with nolimits
(although not an open pit day)
don't be fooled by the title of the day... the fast group has racers (bemsee, new era etc), and i know at least one of them is racing in BSB this year

Bonnett just do a normal trackday. Just don't do one that specifically says no restricted licences. I've done 2 on my licence and its been fine. I know loads of people on other forums that have done them on restricted licences.
I'll be doing quite a few this year. So come along!
