Woman goes into hospital for a sex change operation, doctor talks her through the process and soon enough the lady is out and on the table.
A few hours later she wakes up back on the ward to see 3 bunches of flowers at the end of the bed.
She calls over a nurse who takes the cards of the bunches so she can see who theyre from
first ones from her mum wishing her the best and a speedy recovery
the second is from the nurses on the ward wisjing her good luck in her new life
the third is from the burns unit thanking her for the new pair of ears
