f**k knows - it does 60mph in less than a second (using my very accurate - 1 mississippi technique) and im scared sensless at how fast it gets to 140

i think it might be a turbo you know, coz the boost kicked in at a certain rev range......if it were nitrous there wouldnt be a guage like that on the dash, but then again he came off the throtle real quick or it seemed that way anyways so it couldve been when the nitrous run out....oh i dunno....its bloody mental whatever!





im going with turbo!

im thinking of phoning dyno speed and having a go see what mine can do top speed wise.....was thinking maybe if a few of us all head down there we could have some kinda horsepower/top speed shoot out!!

what dya reckon?

cool...i'll put a post elswhere on here see how many we can get together, theni can phone dyno speed with a number see if he can do anything for us......maybe if its cool we could put a link for the DSD website on here and we might get a discount...but thats not up to me, just a thought!

I cant make my mind up whether that is nitrous to be honest, turbo boost is normal not as aggressive as that and normally you get a whine from a turbo as it spools up and a whoosh as it dumps through the wastegate.

You can get Nitrous gauges that show the boost pressure of the nitrous being fed in but its not often that you need them.

The way the revs go up and stay up suggest that its nitrous on full throttle (WOT) and then a turbo kicking in and keeping the boost pressure up though ;)

Can't see the vid at work, but considering the video title is 'turbohayabusas anderson bike dyno drag', I'd have to guess it's turbocharged and maybe NOS too, depending on what class he runs that bike in.

its true he has.
im up for going to a dyno shoot out. i went to one with the zetec owners club with my mate it was quite a laugh and is interesting to see what mods make what differance
