A guy in Clacton presents himself at reception in the local cop shop.
"I've lost my wife and my sister", he says.
"Calm down Sir", says the officer on the desk.
"Now let me get this straight", the officer continued. "You're local and you've lost your wife and sister?"
"That's right", says the Clacton man.
"Well sit down and I'll take a description of her", says the officer.
