Mines a 2000 G2 mate, same seat unit though..

I made mine from a standard one, covered the rear seat pad in a plastic bag and made a mould from fibreglass matting then bonded it on ,then filled and sanded i to the right shape..

Do what i did , get a cheap one off of ebay and have a play.
At least you dont ruin your original one..

i just so happens i have a zx6r from a G1 if anyone wants it
also got an zx6r a1 seat cowl in green with a little bit broken off the rear

£10 for the pair if anyone is interested..?
