I pollished up the downpipes on my bandit and they were covered in thick brown rusty stuff.I used autosol and scotchrite and they came up like new.You can use solvol as well but I dont know where you get that.....:jumping2 :jumping2

autosol and a motrax buffy ball,

much easier than doing it my hand, takes 5 mins using the polishing tool, or about an hour doing it by hand.

Autosol is too rough for a can if you don't want to scratch the finish, use something like Belgom as it's a lot softer on the metal, and also has a protective wax in it.

autosol works for me fine :)

before that, i used jiff (the lemon you put on your pancakes)

that too is ace.

autosol didnt leave any scratches on mine, it was minging aswell, and with the scotchbrite aswell it got rid of all but the worst of it ;)

Okay, Autosol is good dont get me wrong, but for delicate stuff or for the large bits on show like your can for example then id recomend muthers or autoglym, as theyre smoother than autosol.

Autosol is great for downpipes etc, thats about it, but thats just my prefrence
