i i have a bike i am re-building for a mate, i have done the top end, cleaned all pipes, tightened all bolts, got new battery, all fuses are ok but heres the problem it wont rev past 7k in any gear, it did on the 1st run it would hit the power bands in 1st and 2nd but not rev ast 7k in any other gear, fully cleaned all parts and now it wont rev past 7k in any gear, ut if the back wheel is off the ground it is fine? any ideas will be greatfuly recived thanks
