Had to rebore and fit new piston after a meltdown (my own fault used wrong plug) anyway bike's been in bits for months and I have forgotten where two pipes go on the carburetion....

Under the carb is a small connector onto the crank http://www.arthurbard.com/TZR125R/CrankConnector.jpg and I cant remember what it connects to, I think its one of the pipes (but which one) from the body of the Dellorto VHSA32 GS carb http://www.arthurbard.com/TZR125R/Carb2.jpg or http://www.arthurbard.com/TZR125R/Carb1.jpg can any one have a peek and let me know.

I havent got much experience with this engine, but if that is a crank case breather then it normally vents directly into the air intake or into the upper part of the carb so i am assuming that the top hose connects to the crank breather and there looking at that picture, the hose coming from the bottom of the carb will be the drain/overflow.

Its similar to the old V70/V90 Yamaha step through, so i will put money on it being top for the breather and bottom for drain ;)

The two small hoses on the carb both come from opposite sides of the top of the carb, I think one went to the connector on the bottom of the carb marked with the red arrow but cant remember which one.

The other might have just vented down or have been connected to the crank connection.

I was hoping that someone with a TZRR could have a look on their bike and let me know.

Finally got the answer.

All three connections just vent to atmosphere to release excess pressure.

Thanks for all the help.
