can you t-cut a screen to remove scratches!?????
no
t-cut is design to remove dead paint to restore colour, it will just make the screen look misty/scratched imo

Try toothpaste on a less valuable screen (a neighbours perhaps). It's a very mild abrasive and I've seen it used on clear plastic to remove light scratches before. Nice minty smell afterward too.
I've used T-Cut to remove scratches from plastic windows on caravans, and they do come out, try a small area first and dont put to much pressure on it.
(was going to put 'dont rub to hard' but that would get the kiddies started)

Tried and tested scratch remover for perspex and plastics of most types:
Use Fag Ash and a small amount of water.
We used to clean display screens in the RAF using it.
It was also the way that the tech boys cleaned up instrument displays in Tornado cockpits.
Works a treat and is so mild it seems to take an age. But end result is stunning.
I knew all those years serving Queen & country would be useful one day.
