Hi Jack, welcome to the site!

Most of the people in here will be able to help you with servicing woes, so if you need any advice, ask away.

Love the bike by the way, looks in great condition. Where abouts are you from? You local?

Welcome to the site. The design is a common one used by many forums. Similar to spiders forum.

I run a cbr race bike so if you ever need ay help i am sure we will be able to help.

Mine is a 600 but hey there cant be that much difference.

A good place for parts would be M&P.

Well im from poplar, in east london, but my old girl moved to hornchurch, so i thought i would tag along, been there for about a year now, but i have just brought a house in chadwell heath...

It's good to know i can ask for some advice, because i use the bike as a commuter as well as fun, im ganna need to be looking after it pretty well..

Just hope it can handle 20 odd miles a day into the city.... :!:

Yea, sound's good to me....

Im still pussy footing about with the thing though.. I wanna flick round corner's even more, but i have had a couple of moment's that have made me think "****, u need this for work monday morning".

Here a quick question, does any of your bike's lose some power when the tempreture is hot, like yesterday, just felt a bit weaker the past couple of day's, when the bike get's really hot.

Spider

my bike tends o lose a bit of power in the heat and in the cold once warmed up it seems to be faster!

Dan
07-08-2003, 02:02 PM
I dunno - i used to think that, but yesterday my bike seemed to run a lot better hot...

Glad your up for a ride about - there's a load of us all meeting up for a ride next weekend (16th or 17th) if you are interested. Dunno where we will go, probably high beech at some point! If you wanna tag along mate, you'll be more than welcome.

Yeah. Im a technie at uk matrix (www.ukmatrix.net) - Im the Linux Guru there, so I get to look after (and Play with!) all the Unix and Linux servers ;)

Do you have any larger photos of your bike to put in the Bike Pics forum?

Jack

I have not got a lot of pic's yet, the one on my profile is a 6Mb but i chopped it down using photoshop, i have got a couple though, give us an address to send them to, and i will put them accross.

Im learing UNIX at the mo, well evrything is now run on freebsd, few thing's are microsort, like workstation's, my way i would have KDE, but try getting the user to use that.

My company's website is www.rexfeatures.com, there is only a small IT dept here, only 3 including my self...
