just so you know how to get in there

go into your "UserCP" in the top left handside of the of page (directly below the logo).

Scroll to the bottom of the page and down the left handside again at the bottom you will see "Group Memberships"

Click on that option and it will show the available options in the main panel

You will see "Registered Users" and also "Gatheringsz"

Select "Gatheringz" and it will then request acceptance for that part of the forum from Dan the man.

Once activated you will then have access to the area where we announce where we are planning on going and when ;)
