hi i'm new to this site so bear with me. i am looking for a starter motor for my tzr 125 i have rung round the dealers but they dont seem to be able to help it is an italian import and has a rebuilt engine which is not the origional. can anyone out there help?

Whats the model number on the engine it will be something like 4dl*******
most tzr-r engines are based the same so you should have no probs finding one.

hi jas i have found the engine numberwhich is 4 dl-001615 if u know anyone i can contact to find a starter for this engine it would be gr8

it should be the same part as the dtr125 94 onwards m8 they have the same engine just different gearing
and the gearbox is original as its a 4dl your frame number should start BL 4dl
i know ive got a 4dl myself :rockon
