Its been a while since I had my TZR125R - but i'll try to help.

Im assuming you've got a powervalve servo?? if this is the case, when you start the bike, the powervalve will close, then start to open at about 6k revs. Best bet is to start the bike up and make sure the powervalve is fully shut. You may have to start the bike up, disconnect the servo then turn off the ignition - then remove the exhaust. You could of course just remove the exhaust and start it up, but it'll be bloddy loud!

That will only really tell you if the powervalve is the right way round - the rest of the adjustment is done automatically by the servo.

Whenever you start playing with the powervalve BE VERY CAREFUL. Its in 2 pieces, held tigether in the middle by 2 metal things that are quite small - if you drop them into the cylinder, you'll be in for a head off job.

hope this helps.
