Just got a call from the bike shop today, saying that the engineer has had a look at the bike, well, all was ok untill he said that the frame has a slight ripple in it just behind the headstock:suprised1 .got to wait till the engineer works out the cost to see whats happen. should know by tomorrow .. fingers crossed.

Christ it was only a minor spill really wasnt it, not as if you stuck it into a wall or anything :(
So would that be a write off???? surely not :(

Best you get it touch with the old bill and talk about a prosecution hun, she can play it down to the insurance if you chose not too....might be costly...just an idea...:grin2

thats a very fair point.... new bike and the old one back as a track toy...
if the bike is written off, hopefully the bike will be a cat C or D, but if its a frame job it'll likely be a C :(.. parts and labour and all that

What did the Police have to say at the scene, did they say it was her fault?
